I was first introduced to the direct sales industry when a friend asked me to attend a meeting while I was visiting them in NYC. At the time I had no sales or business experience at all, in fact, I was a social worker trying to make ends meet. Although the concept of being in business was foreign to me, the excitement I felt was unlike anything I had experienced in a very long time. I decided to attend a training 2 days later back in NYC, so I literally drove home to Boston to grab a suit and turned right around the next day to attend a weekend seminar. I wasn’t sure if this industry was going to be a good fit for me, but I was excited. Part of me actually went to NYC to prove it wasn’t something I should do. And luckily, I was wrong.

That weekend training in October 1995 changed my life. I was able to meet average people who became successful entrepreneurs overnight. They came from all different backgrounds ranging from construction to bartending to medicine and law. There were people from all walks of life working together as a team. It didn’t matter where people came from or what they looked like, it only mattered what was in their heart and where they wanted to go. As a social worker, I felt completely at home. I saw that network marketing leveled the playing field by allowing everyone the same opportunity to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. I made the decision to get started and go to work.

When I heard about the Shop to Earn opportunity and learned who was behind the scenes at the home office, who was running the training program and making the decisions to ensure long-term success of the company, I got excited again like I had in 1995. The difference is that today I have a wife and one year old son and like any parent I am concerned about the state of the economy and the environment. Shop to Earn has positioned itself to help average everyday folks with solutions for finances and at the same time, make a difference in our planet. I am forever grateful to my mentor, Ms. Laurie Rubidge, for setting the bar high with her work ethic, personal integrity and unconditional support during my 15 year journey. For our organization to have access to Laurie’s expertise makes this opportunity a true “no brainer”.

AURORA AND LEE ZEBERT

At 50 I realized that I was more prepared for death than I was to live the next half of my life. That is a tough reality to face. Needless to say I was OPEN to any opportunity that could turn the tide in my life. As life would have it, a friend asked me to help her host a meeting because she was shy and it just happened to be a network marketing opportunity. I was “IN”, but had no idea what I was “INto”. Lee asked me how the meeting went and I said “I’m doing this whether you do or not.” He said “If you’re in I’m in.” We became students of the business and submitted ourselves to the process of growth. With that came success. After 2 years, we took a chance to pursue a dream of building our own business and spent the next 4 years working very hard to obtain entry into the wholesale and retail gift industry. What we found out was that we missed network marketing. We missed the team, the energy and the leadership. When we were introduced to Shop to Earn this January, we were “IN” again and this time we knew exactly what we were “Into”. With Shop to Earn we saw an elegant business model and understood how much this company was doing for it’s representatives and how high the rewards were for following their brilliant plan. We earned the $4,100 bonus in our first 30 days and have watched as team members duplicated this success. This is by far the most rewarding business we have been a part of, thanks to so many leaders and such a wonderful company.

Lee Zebert has a master’s degree in special education from Tennessee State University. He is a life time member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He received his B.S. Degree from Mississippi State University. Lee is a former football, basketball, baseball, track and tennis coach. He currently works with special education students in a rural community just outside Nashville, Tennessee. Lee is a self-published children’s author. He is also developing a book on tape CD to go along with the book series. Music has always been a part of Lee’s life. He is a former entertainer aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. He is a singer/songwriter who has heard some of his compositions on radio and T.V. He has written songs with or for Jim Weatherly, Bobby G. Rice, Jess Demaine, Sonny Marshall, Randy Stokes, and Laurie Rubidge. One of his songs was featured on a compilation CD along with Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, Tracy Lawrence and Alabama. Lee is the President and co-owner of Worldwide Video Productions, LLC, which markets DVD’s of wild birds and underwater sea life backed with world class instrumental music. Lee is also the President of The Right Stuff Foundation who mission is “Giving to those in need, not only a helping hand, but providing hearts and minds the power to fulfill their destiny."

KATHY HEYLER

Kathy Heyler is a graduate of Stanford University, BA in American Studies and English, 1986, and The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, MBA, 1995. Her professional background is a twenty year career in financial development for a variety of nonprofit institutions including The Harold McAlister Charitable Foundation, the Huntington Library, Pet Orphans Fund, The Center for Nonprofit Management of Los Angeles, Find The Children, and Harvard-Westlake School. She is a single mom of two daughters, ages 11 and 9, and resides in Los Angeles, California.

NATALIE CROCE

I’m originally from New York but was raised in Vermont. As a teenager I moved to Southern California where I graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of California in San Diego. I pursued a career in Marketing and Sales that led me to 20 years of traveling between New York, Dallas and Connecticut living the corporate lifestyle. I often became frustrated because it felt like I was busy making other people’s dreams come true, while allowing those same people to determine my value in the marketplace. I felt I could do more and become more. I took a few years off from the corporate world but then had trouble getting back in. Just the thought of adjusting to the monotonous 9 to 5 workday, the prescribed two week vacation, having to ask permission to get time off to care for a sick child and worst of all, generally feeling expendable and unappreciated, I knew Corporate America wasn’t a good fit for me anymore. I had long been aware of the Network Marketing Industry but never took a serious look. Until now. I actually wish I could go back in time and begin working in this industry twenty years ago! I love the freedom I have today to create my own schedule, determine my own financial net worth, spend more free time with my family, meet the most amazing people and continually grow, develop and achieve my hopes and dreams. And as an added bonus, I’m able to share the Shop to Earn opportunity with the people I care most about! This is truly a “we” industry, not a “me” industry and I am very proud to be affiliated with this organization. I look forward to the next phase of our growth together as a team.

KAREN AND LARRY CAMERON

Karen has been working in Corporate America for 30 years. She wanted a Plan B and joined Shop to Earn in May, 2009. She hit her fast start bonus during her first month and is motivated to grow a large organization. Karen resides in Southboro, MA with her husband Larry and son Joey.

ANNA SABATINO

Anna Sabatino is a highly motivated, energized person whose charisma, passion for health and fitness and for life has inspired and motivated many of her family and friends over the years. With her strong leadership qualities, keen intuition and quick sense of humor, Anna is always ready to help others make life changes and achieve abundance. All that is needed is an open heart, open mind and the willingness to learn new and exciting ways to take advantage of all that life has to offer.

STEVE AND EMMY MCKINNEY and FAMILY

Stephen L. McKinney is a man who takes pride in his family and the job that he does. Stephen is multi-talented in the facility maintenance field, life safety, and physical security. Most people will say that Stephen has a strong personality of caring and how can I help you. He believes in continuously looking forward, education, and dreams to succeed in life. Stephen had a tough start as a young adult conquering cancer and a family to support.
He knows first hand that it takes a team effort to win.
Stephen is blessed to have a wife and four children, of which three are in college.Stephen and his wife Emmy have learned to shop and save.Together they have an E-Commerce business that will help you save, earn and Go Green!
